Located in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, this 1920s warehouse complex was one of the neighborhood’s earliest loft conversions to residencies. With nearly 100 units between two adjoining buildings, the meandering series of hallways with multiple access points were confusing for both visitors and residents.
